However, Thrive Forward Solutions does not use public AI tools to process, analyze, summarize, store, rewrite, upload, or generate content from:

Taking Initiative curricula, workbooks, facilitator guides, training materials, scripts, frameworks, and original program content are not submitted into public AI systems for generation, rewriting, analysis, summarization, storage, or model training.
6.HIPAA-Level and High-Security Clients
Not all Thrive Forward Solutions services are covered by HIPAA. HIPAA may apply only when we are acting as a covered entity, business associate, subcontractor, or under a specific agreement requiring HIPAA compliance.
When a client, contract, program, or partnership requires HIPAA-level privacy protections or enhanced data security, Thrive Forward Solutions applies a higher level of protection.
For HIPAA-level or high-security clients, Thrive Forward Solutions does not use public AI tools to process protected health information, confidential health-related records, medical information, case notes, service records, or other highly sensitive client information.
When HIPAA-level protections are required, we use secure systems, restricted access, confidentiality safeguards, minimum-necessary practices, human review, and compliance-aligned workflows.
