Accessibility Statement

Thrive Forward Solutions LLC
Effective Date: October 13, 2026

Thrive Forward Solutions LLC is committed to making our website, programs, and services usable by as many people as possible, including people who are blind or have low vision, people who are Deaf or hard of hearing, people with mobility or cognitive disabilities, and people who use assistive technology.

1.Our Commitment

We aim to meet the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG 2.2 AA is the standard most widely used to measure web accessibility, and it is the level of conformance we hold ourselves to when building and updating this website.

What this commitment means in practice:

  • Pages are structured with semantic headings and landmarks for screen readers.
  • Color combinations are checked to meet contrast requirements.
  • All functionality is intended to work with a keyboard alone.
  • Images that carry meaning include text alternatives.
  • Forms include clear labels and error descriptions.

2.Tools We Provide on This Site

Every page on this site includes an accessibility toolbar with a "Skip to content" link, a text-size control, and a read-aloud option. It can be opened with the keyboard using Alt+S (skip to content) and Alt+R (read aloud).

You can also review and change your cookie and analytics preferences at any time through the Cookie Policy page or the toolbar.

3.Known Limitations

We review our website regularly, but we are not yet at full conformance everywhere. Known limitations include:

  • Some third-party platforms we link to, such as external forms, social media pages, and video platforms, may not be fully accessible, and their accessibility is outside our control.
  • Some downloadable documents, including older PDFs and templates, may not yet meet accessibility standards. We can supply an accessible alternative on request.
  • Occasional content updates may introduce issues we have not caught yet. When we learn about a problem, we treat fixing it as part of our regular work.

This statement was last reviewed on October 13, 2026, and we plan to re-review it at least annually.

4.Language Access Services

Free language assistance services are available on request. We can arrange interpretation during consultations and program sessions, translation of key documents, and alternate formats such as large print, at no cost to you.

To request language assistance, contact us by phone or email and tell us the language you prefer. We will follow up in that language wherever we are able, and we will not ask you to pay for interpretation or translation.

5.Requesting Help or Reporting a Barrier

If any part of this website, our materials, or our services creates a barrier for you, tell us. You can request an alternative format, ask for assistance completing a form, or report an accessibility problem:

6.Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We continue to test new pages and features before release, respond to feedback from people who actually use assistive technology, and correct issues as standards and our content evolve.
