Our Story

A restorative business ecosystem — built from lived experience.

Thrive Forward Solutions, LLC is a single-member California LLC founded in 2025 to build pathways of recovery, equity, and innovation across consulting, training, direct services, and technology.

"Taking initiative at every level."

The Founder

From hardship to a holistic ecosystem.

Thrive Forward Solutions was founded on a simple conviction: people don't need to be saved — they need to be supported. After years navigating systems that often left people behind, our founder built something different: a remote-first LLC that turns lived experience into leadership, and reinvests every saved dollar into innovation, training, and community wellness.

What began as compliance and consulting work grew into a five-branch ecosystem — TFS, TINetwork, TINow, TINavigator, and TINextGen — designed to scale from individual coaching all the way to a legacy endowment.

"Rising is always possible — even when the world suggests otherwise."

The Founder's Journey

Why the Phoenix?

The phoenix isn't just a logo. It's a lived truth.

Our founder's story didn't begin in boardrooms or classrooms — it began in survival. From navigating systems that weren't designed to protect him to confronting stigma, health challenges, and the kind of pain that either breaks you or reshapes you — he chose to be reshaped.

That journey — from ashes to purpose — is why the phoenix defines this brand. It represents a universal truth: rising is always possible, even when the world suggests otherwise.

Where organizations master compliance — not just survive it. Where communities access services that actually serve them. That's what it means to take initiative.
